As information regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to develop, NRL Federal Credit Union is committed to safeguarding the health of our members, staff, and volunteers. The World Health Organization declared a global pandemic yesterday, triggering the activation of the Credit Union’s Crisis Management Plan. This plan helps define our response to the pandemic with the goal to continue operations and minimize possible transmission of the virus within our facilities.
Beginning Monday, March 16th NRLFCU branches (NRL Base, Alexandria, and Waldorf) will restrict member access with no in-branch services available until further notice. Please note that the drive-thru lanes at our Waldorf Branch location (1024 St. Nicholas Drive, Waldorf, MD) will remain open with regular business hours (9:00am – 6:00pm M-F, 9:00am – 2:00pm Saturdays) for member assistance. Our Communication Center will also remain open with regular business hours (8:00am – 5:00pm M-F, 9:00am -1:00pm Saturday) to assist you over the phone. The NRLFCU ATMs that are located outside of our branch lobbies are also available to you 24/7. We have ensured optimal performance of our ATMs to support your needs during this temporary situation.
